Here’s how you access these filters: In the instagram app, click the + button at the top left corner. Use photos in your existing library or select ‘Camera’ to take a new photo/video. Swipe all the way to the right through the filters icons at the bottom of the screen, then tap the magnifying glass (Browse Effects). Search ‘PyDataNYC’ and tap the magnifying glass. Choose your filter(s) and have fun!
