Rebecca Conley

I originally trained as a secondary school teacher at Columbia University and worked in education in the DC area for several years. While in DC, I earned an MBA from Georgetown University with a focus in economic development. After school, I worked in administration and event planning for various non-profits and spent some time in Haiti. I took my first web engineering class at the Iron Yard Durham in the fall of 2014. I then completed an Internship and then was hired full-time as a Django Developer at Caktus Group. Outside work, I teach tap dance and organize community dance and music events.
