Data & Drinks at The Rickhouse
609 Foster Street, Durham (map)
Once the RJ Reynold's Prizery, the Rickhouse now overlooks the historic Durham Athletic Park, scene of the film Bull Durham and former home of the renowned Durham Bulls baseball team. MaxPoint says: We have been charged by NumFOCUS with a sacred quest. If you will, join us for savory food, hearty beverages, and like-minded kin on our quest in search of the Holy Grail. The valiant and spirited data community may find the Holy Grail in the Castle of aaarrrggghh, The Rickhouse. Valiant souls may venture to the Ballmer Peak at their own peril and beware of giant games along the way.
