Andrew Knight is a software engineer whose biggest interest is test automation architecture - building test systems from the ground up, incorporating different tools and open source projects, enabling continuous integration, and maximizing test coverage. His other keen interests include compiler theory, big data, and software quality assurance. He is a relatively new Python user, but he loves its simplicity and elegance, having used it to build significant test automation libraries.
Andy graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a combined BS/MS in Computer Science in 2010. He currently works for MaxPoint Interactive and has previously worked for IBM and NetApp. His research on uncertain data has been published in a number of academic journals. Andy lives with his wife, Lujing, in Morrisville, NC.
