Agata Sumowska

Agata is a software developer consultant in Thoughtworks. On one of her latest projects, she worked on building a datalake, which sparked her enthusiasm for big data. She has a keen interest in systems thinking and applying it to understand incentives for different dynamics within her teams. She found that recognising her colleagues motivations specific to their roles and beyond is what can make or break a project.
