Rafael is an Actuary and Master in Data Mining, most of his professional's work has been dedicated to public sector statistics. He is also a teaching aid for Advanced Data Mining and Implementation Laboratory II at Austral University.
Rafael enjoys Data Science competitions, he has won the 1th place in the challenges hosted by two of the most renown international Data Science conference in the work, ICONIP 2016 and WSDM 2017. He has also achieved the rank of master at Kaggle, a Data Science competitions platform.
