Jacob Schreiber is a 4th year Ph.D. student and IGERT Big Data Fellow at the University of Washington, where he studies the intersection between large scale machine learning models and 3D genome structure. In his spare time he is a core developer for scikit-learn, author of pomegranate, a library for scalable and flexible probabilistic modeling, and corgi aficionado.
