Being proactive is an often praised trait. And likewise, being reactive is almost always described as a negative. But Product Managers, Software Developers, and basically everybody wastes a lot of time and resources in preparing for situations that never occur. Instead, time would have been better spent learning and preparing how to react to any situation. In this talk we will examine how to apply a reactive methodology to software development, infrastructure design, and product management.
