Tariq Rashid

Tariq loves art, tech, science and ideas.

He owes a huge amount to the open source movement - it took him on an adventure though hobby computer art, startups, AI, energy, astrophysics, banking, a masters in machine learning and data mining, and great fun modernising government tech. He's now trying to give a little back through the community, mentoring and teaching. He's still maturing professionally, learning about making systems #morehuman.

Tariq also co-organises the popular London Python meetup. He's the author of Make Your Own Neural Network, a gentle beginner's introduction to neural networks.
