Dr. Thorben Jensen

Since more than 10 years, the Thorben Jensen has focused on studying, designing and automating predictive models. After studying modeling and computer science in 5 countries, he graduated from the PhD program at Delft University of Technology. His PhD thesis proposes increased use of optimization methods and automation when building simulations with software agents. On these topics, he has published peer-reviewed papers, e.g. here.

The speaker now works as a Data Scientists at Informationsfabrik GmbH. This company focuses on data-related services, including development of the Predictive Modelling Factory, a framework for automating machine learning.
