A Data Engineer with experience in Retail and the Finance industry. Daniele started out as a Maths and Statistics master graduate, specialised in Spatial Statistics. The needs and the appeal of the tech industry quickly steered him to more hands-on roles in data warehousing and ETL development. Daniele joined the notonthehighstreet.com Data Team in Oct 2014 relentlessly building and rebuilding the data infrastructure since then. Some of his best successes and most of his worst mistakes involve heavy doses of Python, Linux command-line and SQL, walls and walls of hand-crafted SQL.
