Alexandru Agachi

Alexandru pursued five degrees and graduate/postgraduate diplomas in international relations, energy science, surgical robotics, neuroanatomy and imagery, and biomedical innovation, in the UK (LSE), Japan (Kyoto University), and France (Pierre et Marie Curie University). Today he is the COO of a technology firm, an algorithmic investment group based in London and Cape Town. The team's work is data driven, and they apply pattern recognition and machine learning techniques to analyzing the data, building predictive models, and optimizing the portfolio. Having learnt applied statistics and modelling with R, Alexandru has migrated over the past two years to the python/pandas/associated libraries instead.
