Carles Illa

I’m a Computer Engineer working as Technical Director at Apimatica, a company specialized in the acquisition and processing of information from Open Sources. At Apimatica we work extensively with Python for web crawling.

During the course of my career I’ve worked as system administrator, software engineer and Information Security Coordinator. And as a director at Apimatica I guide the technical direction of the company and also contribute to software development.

In recent years I have been also interested in security issues, especially on web Applications.
