Marcin Kowiel

Marcin Kowiel is Data Science team leader at the F-Secure office in Poznan. He is a machine learning, big data and cloud computing enthusiast and interested in mathematics, physics, chemistry as well as bioinformatics. In 2015, he defended a PhD thesis at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in the field of crystallography. Before his career at F-Secure, he was a backend developer. Nowadays, he works at applying machine learning to detect cyber attacks and security breaches.
