Kornel is a Big Data developer with strong data mining, text mining and natural language processing background. In daily work, he uses Python and Java for creating innovative Data Science solutions. His typical toolset contains SciKitLearn, NLTK, OpenNLP, CoreNLP, WEKA, Hadoop, HBase, Hive and Solr. Since 2015, Kornel has worked for Roche's Global IT Solutions Center in the Business Intelligence team. Previously, he was a Big Data developer and Natural Language processing Engineer in Samsung R&D Center – Text Mining Lab. Before the Big Data adventure, he worked as a Java/SQL developer.
