Taposh Roy

Taposh Roy leads big data & analytics at Kaiser Permanente ($60 Billion Health Care Organization), enabling analysts with data products and developing algorithms in healthcare space to save human lives. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, he headed AD Products in InPowered and Netshelter (sold to Ziff Davis). In the past, he cofounded, Bio-Integrated solutions in 2002 to help revolutionize DNA Spotting. He has also worked for Sapient Nitro, a digital marketing consulting company and assisted start-ups such as Fandango (sold to Comcast), and Skiff (sold to News Corp). He has an MBA from UC Davis's Graduate School of Management, and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. His graduate research was focused on simulation and modeling of device physics using Monte Carlo Methods.
