Keira Zhou

Keira Zhou is a data engineer at Capital One. At work, she uses Big Data technologies such as Spark, Flink, PostgresSQL, Redis to solve real world problem. Prior to Capital One, Keira was a fellow at Insight Data Engineering program, during which she learned about data pipeline design and implementation. She also had a master degree in systems engineering with concentration in data mining and machine learning. She actively volunteers for Women Who Code and Women in Tech and has a strong passion about encouraging women to pursue a career in data, as well as bridge the gap between data science and data engineering.
