Tom Radcliffe, Ph.D., P.Eng. has over 20 years of machine learning and data analysis experience, mostly in areas related to medical imaging, genomics, and computer-assisted surgery. He is currently the VP of Engineering at ActiveState Software Inc, in Vancouver, Canada, where he leads a team of developers producing open source language distributions packaged for the enterprise.
