Ariel Rokem is a Data Scientist at the University of Washington eScience Institute. Since his days as a graduate student in neuroscience at UC Berkeley, he has been involved in developing open-source software for the analysis of scientific data. He has used these tools to analyze data from a variety of neuroscience experiments, with a focus on measurements of the human brain with MRI.
