Mark Seligman

My formal training was in pure maths. I was a compiler developer for many years, specializing in optimizers for high-performance hardware. For roughly the last decade I have been developing and accelerating applications in bioinformatics and computational statistics, especially for commodity parallel hardware such as GPGPUs.
