Mark Wiebe

At Thinkbox Software, Mark is presently leading the development of Sequoia, an application for point cloud processing and meshing. Having graduated from the University of Manitoba with a joint honours B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science, he led the R&D department of Frantic Films through the creation of products like Krakatoa and Flood, along with supporting visual effects production for films such as Superman Returns. Mark has contributed significantly to NumPy, and began the DyND dynamic array library project, developing it while at Continuum Analytics under funding from DARPA as part of the Blaze project.
