Frank Kelly

Frank is a data scientist, currently working at an Angel-backed startup where he is focused on the applications of graph analytics and various types of clustering. Cambridge-educated and formally trained as an Electrical Engineer, Frank has extensive heavy industry experience as well as a background as a former tech startup co-founder. He has knowledge in the areas of time series analysis and signal processing with Bayesian inference. He is motivated by the prospect of using data science in a potentially high impact project in a field that affects so many lives globally.
