Eszter Windhager-Pokol is data scientist at BalaBit developing a machine learning driven user behavior analytic tool, Blindspotter.
Eszter has 7 years of experience in supporting data driven decision making and 4 years' research experience in collaborative filtering. She lead several data mining projects from the presales stage till the deployment, including the discussion of the results with the decision makers. Besides consultancy Eszter also has experience in teaching data mining to business users from the basic level to the advanced analytics courses.
