This lightning talk will show a new Python tool called Livemark, which is designed for both data journalism and documentation writing. Using Livemark, you can collect and present data without leaving a text editor as it is built upon the open source Frictionless Data Python Framework. You can also write documentation with live script execution similar to a lightweight version of a Jupiter Notebook. This simple software has a command-line interface that runs on Python. This talk will demo Livemark and will be well-suited for technical audience that is interested in learning about data storytelling.
