Maike Fischer

After completing my MSc in Data Science, I joined ING as a Software Engineer where I was mostly busy closing the gap between between Data Science and Software Engineering. During that time I worked on building machine learning models as well as bringing them to production. I am also passionate about bringing more women into software engineering by organizing events with the Women in Tech network and most recently the Women in Engineering week at ING.
