Alison is a product-focused technical leader whose work revolves around IT transformation and data engineering. She has spent the last several years in innovation spaces carved out within large bureaucracies in government and finance, first as an Obama-era Presidential Innovation Fellow, then a co-founder of 18F and leader at the Commerce Data Service, and finally at Capital One. In October 2018 she took on the role of Director of Engineering at Breakout Capital Finance. Alison lives in Maryland with her husband, two young daughters, and a white rabbit.
