Stephen Simmons

Stephen has been an avid Python programmer since 2000. Up to 2010, he worked for credit card companies in Australia (ANZ Bank) and The Netherlands (ABN Amro), secretly using Python to run marketing campaigns, analyze customer profitability, control call centers, and manage credit risk. When he moved to London, he searched for a job where Python and data were central to everything. This led him to JPMorgan, where his team uses Python to build trading, risk management and analytics systems.
