Robert Cohn

Robert has 20+ years experience developing close to the metal software including binary translators, virtual machines, interpreters, CPU instruction set simulators, and dynamic instrumentation systems. Python lets Robert combine his fascination with highly optimized code and love of clear & concise programs. Robert leads Intel’s effort for developer tools for productivity languages, which produces the Intel Distribution for Python. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon.
