Darshan Pandit

I am a techie interested in studying people's commuting decisions and their effects on Transportation networks. I hold a graduate degree in Computer Science from New York University and am currently pursuing another one in Transportation Engineering at University of Maryland. I work with the National Center for Smart Growth Research towards developing integrated-transportation models to simulate development scenarios for Maryland. I am an active contributor to SILO, a mesoscopic Land-Use model and an avid advocate of Python to many Transportation Modelers.
