Ximena Fernández

I'm a Research Mathematician and Data Scientist at Properati. I made a PhD in Pure mathematics in the area of Algebraic Topology at the University of Buenos Aires. My research interests have ranged from algebraic topology and combinatorial geometry to optimization, topological data analysis and machine learning. I've always been interested in develop and apply abstract techniques to solve concrete problems. In Properati, I've worked in several projects, such as the valuator tool, recommender systems and story-telling with data.
