Brian Lange is a Partner and data scientist at Datascope, where he leads design process exercises and creates algorithms, models, web interfaces and visualizations. He has contributed to projects for P&G, Thomson Reuters, Motorola and other well-known companies, where his work has been featured on a popular dataviz blog called, FlowingData. At only 25 years-old, Brian is the youngest employee at Datascope, who has already grown to the ranks of Partner. Along with his role as data scientist, Brian has led all of the rebranding and design efforts.
Outside his work at Datascope, Brian is on the Board of Directors for Engineers for a Sustainable World and served as President of the Northwestern University Chapter, where he received his B.S. in Computer Engineering. Developing websites since early 2000’s, Brian excels at bringing high-quality presentations of data to life. With these skills in mind, Brian was the Technical Co-founder of Podium, which is used by organizations such as the Techstars to develop feedback on presentations.
