Trent McConaghy has been using python for production numerical applications since the early 2000s. He is co-inventor of the BigchainDB scalable blockchain database, and ascribe.io for intellectual property on blockchains. Previously, he co-founded Solido Design Automation, which uses large-scale machine learning to help drive Moore's Law. Solido is now widely used in developing next-gen computer chips. Before that, he co-founded ADA, which reconciled human and machine creativity for circuit design. ADA was acquired in 2004. Trent has written two critically-acclaimed books on machine learning and circuits, in addition to 50 papers+patents.
