Nanne obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Bioinformatics, both at the Delft University of Technology. He currently works as a PhD student at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, developing methods that use DNA, RNA and protein measurements to predict response to anti-cancer drugs.
