Elena Sokolova

Elena is a data scientist in Booking.com and she leads a team of data scientists working on developing a chat bot for Customer Service department. In the last one and a half year in Booking she worked on the personalization of the website to the user needs and also built NLP models to detect user's requests from the text. Before joining Booking.com Elena did her PhD in Machine Learning in the university of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
