I love to learn how machines can learn from the world. As a machine learning engineer, I am greatly inspired by the Bayesian approach to machine learning. At the moment, I study towards a masters in signal processing. My graduation thesis focuses on domain adaptation of convolutional neural networks. Also, I like to be involved with the machine learning community: I co-organise the local data science meetup (Eindhoven Data Science, I host a book reading club and I open source stuff on my github. I enjoy the PyData community, because many people, like me, are enthusiastic to do practical things with python and data. I think my github also shows this attitude. I spend most of my Sunday mornings writing a blog or simple project on robromijnders.github.io.
