Kelly Jin

Kelly currently serves as Policy Advisor to the U.S. Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Scientist. Previously, Kelly served as Citywide Analytics Manager at the City of Boston and co-led Boston's 20+ person Data Analytics Team, where she managed a portfolio of projects ranging from public safety to housing, led data visualization efforts across the city, and created the Analytics summer fellows program. Kelly also oversaw the development of Mayor and Cabinet data dashboard screens, which provide up-to-date information and metrics on city services and operations.

Before joining the City of Boston, Kelly worked in the White House Domestic Policy Council as aide to the Director and Deputy Director, and as advisor to the Administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA). At GSA, she helped launch telework as an organization and federal government initiative, and helped pilot and train enterprise collaboration platforms for employees.

As a management consultant, Kelly has also assisted senior leaders in federal, state, and local governments in strategic planning, performance and process improvement, and change management. Kelly earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania in economics.
