Stephanie Kim

Stephanie Kim tries to build useful things and enjoys finding stories in data using Python and R. Her focus is NLP and data mining trying to discern user trouble spots in unstructured text content and currently dabbles with predictive analytics using machine learning. Previously a Software Developer at Apollo Education Group working on just those things, she is currently spending her time at Algorithmia, an open marketplace for algorithmic microservices as their Developer Evangelist. She is the founder of Seattle PyLadies and loves learning and applying statistics to random datasets such as fisheries and streamflow data in her spare time.
