Leah Silen

Leah Silen is the Executive Director of NumFOCUS, the non-profit producer of the PyData conference series. She has been with NumFocus from its beginning, working with the founding board members to write the application for NumFocus’s non-profit status. Before joining NumFocus, she worked in the non-profit sector as a Public Relations and Program Director with a focus on community relations and fundraising. Leah has also served on several boards of nonprofit organizations.
