Robert Aboukhalil

Robert Aboukhalil holds a B. Eng. in Computer Engineering from McGill, and is pursuing a PhD in computational biology at CSHL. His research centers around the use of single-cell DNA sequencing technologies to better understand tumor evolution. Specifically, his work focuses on building software tools for the analysis and visualization of single-cell copy-number variants, as well as developing algorithms to identify clonal populations in tumors and retrace their evolution.
