Andrew Osheroff

Andrew is a software developer in Jeremy Freeman's group at the HHMI's Janelia Research Campus. His primary focus is currently Binder, a platform for deploying Jupyter notebooks on a Kubernetes cluster. Prior to Binder, he helped develop Bolt, a generic interface for multidimensional array manipulation, and Thunder Streaming, a system for analyzing streaming images and time series data, both as part of the Freeman lab.
